Contact us
Comments on the work of the Norfolk Police Authority are welcomed. As well as providing contact details for the Authority, this page seeks to inform visitors to our website about processes for submitting complaints and requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act.
Contact the Authority
Our Members and staff would like to hear from you. The Authority is not an emergency service and our staff work normal working hours. Do not email the Police Authority if you need an urgent police response. In an emergency, always call 999.
Complaints
If we do not get things right, we would like the public to tell us so we can do something about it. Equally, we are always appreciative of any complimentary comments when our Members or staff have done something particularly well.
Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 gives a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities and sets out exemptions from that right. All requests for information under the Act must be put in writing.
Keep up to date with what we are doing
