Philip, who lives in Norwich, has been a County Council Member of the Police Authority since June 2009.

Philip says that his reason for joining the Authority was because he feels passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.  He feels he brings a business-like approach to the role, (the skills he developed at Aviva in process improvement methodology and project management) and hopes to make a constructive contribution to the modernisation agenda during challenging times.

- Safer Neighbourhood Area Liaison for Reepham Area SNT, Taverham/Drayton SNT, Sprowston and Spixworth SNT, Thorpe St Andrew SNT, Hellesdon SNT, Horsford SNT

-  Lead Member for Business Performance Unit (BPU) and Balance Scorecard
