Ken Turner

Ken, who lives in Aylsham, has been an Independent Member of the Police Authority since 2003.

Ken joined the Authority for a number of reasons. The safety and security of communities is a fundamental aspect of life for all of us. Having lived and worked abroad, he gained some experience of life in societies where policing was markedly different from that which we are used to in the UK. This experience led him to believe that our policing should not be taken for granted. I have sought to apply my business management skills, many of which have proved to be transferable.
